Seriously, as things stand, you are the only person on the board that has any sort of warning status on them. I REALLY don't think that someone who violated the board rules on numerous occasions (and still seems to lack a fundamental understanding of how forums SHOULD be working!) can be in any position to enforce them - which is for the most part the role of admins.
