New Discovery, Another box monster

For those of you who have the box of the Pokemon Jade bootleg, if you look at the top opening of the box, you will see a green dinosaur-like monster with a sharp tail.

I can't really make out that that is supposed to be. It does sound interesting, nonetheless. If you can get your scanner working, then be sure to upload it so we all can see it!
