I'm a bit confused...

I just started playing Telefang and can't figure out some things. Why are my phone calls all weird (or are they not translated)? How do I get rid of barrels?

If you're playing the patch, then yeah the calls aren't translated yet. You can move barrels after a certain point in the game, I forget how far in though (after beating Punkhorou I think?)
