Trouble Loading Bootleg

I'm playing a Telefang bootleg and i'm having some trouble loading it. Does anyone know why? It's called Pocket Monsters Ruby but it's actually a Telefang bootleg.

Did you even read the thread? The bootleg does not work unless you use savestates. It is not playable.
