I'm trying to compile a list of personalities for event Denjuu, (that is, ones that you recieve via storyline or secret phone numbers.) The ones I have so far are the following:

Crypto - Short-Tempered
Fungus - Faithful

Nejiro - Very Absent-Minded
Netaro - Very Carefree

Musa - Very Carefree
Hiyu - Very Faithful
Zea - Very Cowardly
Kaya - Very Selfish
Bibamu - Absent-Minded
Ruscus - Faithful
Enishida - Very Absent-Minded
Denphale - Absent-Minded
Gaultheria - Short-Tempered
Hagumanoki - Absent-Minded
Salal - Cowardly
Gamuru - Selfish
Kanzou - Selfish
Ornithogalum - Very Short-Tempered

Ones I need help checking are Angios, Gymnos, Liriope, Noisy (the nicknamed Lampgera, called Jinxi/Xinxi/o in the bootleg), the Punkhouru you fight in the woods to learn to lift barrels or whatever, Gypsophi, Yarrow, Dendel, and Teletel.. also any others I might have forgotten!

Here are a few that I found in my game:

Liriope: ちょーのんびり / Very Carefree
Noisy: ちょーのんびり / Very Carefree
Punkhouru: のんびり / Carefree

Nice, thanks =D Hm now that I think about it, don't you recruit that Cortos in Barran as well?
