Depends on what you mean by working. All "Pokemon Diamond" roms have saving issues, glitches and bad english, just because the bootleg version was actually that badly made. Our english patch is incomplete, so there is currently no complete fully-working english version of the game.
Either way, asking people for roms, through PMs or otherwise, is against the rules here. Please don't ask again.
