Yeah, it certainly looks that way DX It's really a shame, too... a DS Telefang would rock. Plus with the sudden trend of releasing old Japanese series on DS (see Stafy) and releasing every bad monster-catcher there is (with Telefang actually being good!) I can see a fairly high chance of a stateside...
