In Gold I encountered all 3 legendary dogs though because my pokemon were already level 99 at the time I ended up killing them when I intended to weaken them. Story of my life.

I can't say; haven't played too much of Telefang to see which would be able to stand their own against Legendary Pokemon.

Hey all. Just got this game again (reading the wiki tempted me) and I was wondering if it was at all possible through any measures to attain Fungus in "Diamond" (or Telefang Power)?
