Re: Viburnum and Viburnum.

Interesting! That means Oshe is actually..."Aussie". XD I saw that page before, but I wasn't sure since it was the only website that spelled it like オーシェ... ("Aussie" is usually spelled オージー, even for that type of philodendron.) Looking at it again, there are a few other pages t...

Re: Viburnum and Viburnum.

Yeah, it works because japanese plant names all sound exotic here. XD I think the only name that's overly recognizable in english is Fungus (ファンガス), but I still don't really want to change it. XD By the way, do you know what Togeruka and Kiyoruka's names come from? I haven't been able to figure it ...

Re: Nice to meet you

Did you ever play Telefang 2? I think it fixed a lot of the things that were problems in Telefang 1 - for example, type balance (by making attacks have their own types separate from Denjuu's habitat types), and evolution (by letting you unevolve fusion/lab Denjuu.) Items were much more useful in Te...

Re: Viburnum and Viburnum.

I think anything ok if you feel it cool in the game. We often do that thing for naming new characters. We treat them as new words as long as they won't sounds like anything other. If they have secret links in their name origins, its beautiful. But no more than that in this case. Smilesoft didn't co...

Re: Monster collecting/raising RPGs vs Pokemon

I'd heard about a talking from the creator of "Medabots". After Pokemon, her members were ordered by their boss as "Make a Pokemon clone!" They obeyed to that exactly. However, somehow her co-worker, a one of the planner put his taste into the works too much. It made another co-w...

Re: Kyurem is Glaceon 2.0 version

Also, ye gods I love how ridiculous that attack's English name is. ICE BUUUUUUUUUUUURN. Is that "アイスバーン" in Japanese? It might mean "Eisbahn" originally, Ice skating place in German. And it is a famous word as "car-slipping road by snow" in Japan. It will *4hit for ste...

Re: Nice to meet you

I'm sorry for messing up your name. If you'd write it as "Musutache", I'd recognize it as Japanese! mmm, another misunderstanding? my name is just English "Mustache". And when the English "Mustache" is displayed by Japanese letters, it should be マスタッシュ, just like as th...

Re: Nice to meet you

!!! ops, not マスタチ! lol That is just English Mustache.(kk, my PC says the spell is right.) If you write it in カタカナ, it will be "マスタッシュ". (Actually, no fixed spelling rules about those "from foreign words to Japanese". It mean the first one will win.lol Someone had already replaced...
