Re: FailureBiWinning's Workshop

So... uh... it's been quite a few years since the last time I dropped something here, hasn't it? 2017 feels like it's been so long ago... ...anyway, I've been working on small stuff: https://i.imgur.com/ZYtFh0k.png I've been doing quite a bit of studying on Puyo Puyo. Upon learning that there was su...

Re: What happened to this place?

So... I'm guessing Tapatalk finally wore out its welcome? Good to see the old forum design back (even if I don't visit here as often as I used to).

Re: The Bugsite translation patch

I don't know if this has been documented, but if it hasn't, then... well, consider this a bug report. Really not sure what causes this - it seems to happen almost completely at random. First noticed it while playing it in BGB, but it also happens in mGBA. Is this happening for anyone else?

Been a while since the last time I posted here. Glad to see this is still being worked on.

Re: (Incomplete) Telefang English Translation

It's great to see more progress for this project! I wish I there was something I could do to lend a hand, but I know jack-all about translation hacking (and ROM hacking in general).

Re: FailureBiWinning's Workshop

I finished up another thing that took way too long to finish - a map of C-Island made out of parts ripped from Chrono Trigger, Goof Troop, and some kind of Dragon Quest game (don't remember the exact title). Comes in clean: http://i.imgur.com/nyhuoz2.png And labeled versions: http://i.imgur.com/qVaJ...

Re: So, how was your day?

Xubuntu was definitely one of the ones I considered using once I saw how many other people recommended it - I've already got ChaletOS installed on a USB flashdrive, but that's nothing a quick formatting can't fix.

Re: FailureBiWinning's Workshop

I've been doing some stuff - namely, learning about the perspective used in the Boktai series. It's a thing called "Military Oblique," and Boktai is probably one of the only franchises of games to ever use it - it's very well-suited for a stealth game, but I wondered what other possibiliti...

Re: So, how was your day?

My experience with Windows has been a mixed bag... part of that might be my own fault since my browsing habits are pretty reckless, but sometimes Windows "flushes itself down the toilet with the rest of the crap" on its own without me having to lift a finger. Its performance seems to gradu...

Re: FailureBiWinning's Workshop

Decided I'd take a jab at making MMBN maps using parts ripped from the games - this one's a mishmash of parts from BN1, 2, & 6! It's a random area on the web that has a nature-theme to it - a lot of the viruses encountered here are wood-element and use wood-based Battle Chips, so equipping armor...
