At long last, I got a physical copy of Speed! 
It's here!

The antenna works! I didn't know it lit up when calling secret numbers until I got it. Make sure to only play on a GBC so that you feel like you're really using a D-Shot! (It doesn't fit into an original GBA or DMG anyway.)
