ok so R/S/E had the hardest Gym Leaders. So I deicided to make a Diffculties about the Leaders

Roxanne Rock Type Pokemon
If you have the right types 4/10
If you don't have the right types 7/10

her Team

Geodude Lv12
Geodude Lv12
Nosepass Lv15

Comments: Ahh In every game expect G/S The first Gym Leader uses Rock type. She can be hard if you use wrong types, That NosePass can be a tank so wtach out

Brawly Fighting type Pokemon
If you have the Right types 1/10
If you don't have the right types 4/10

His Team

Machop Lv16
Medtite Lv16
Makuhita Lv19

Comments: Jeez why in every game they make the second Gym Leader the Easyest. Anyways have either an Alakazam, Tallow, orAnything thats weak to fighting

Wattson Electric Type Pokemon
If you have the Right Types 5/10
If you don't have the right types 7/10

His Team

Voltorb Lv20
Electrike Lv20
Magenton Lv22
Manectric Lv24

Comments: If you think "hey I can use a Geodude against this one" Don't do that hes got a Magenton if you were smart enough to start with Mudkip you won't have trouble. Overall Wattson could be Frustrating

Flannery Fire Type Pokemon
If you have the right Types 5/10
If you don't have the right types 9/10

Her team

Slugma Lv24
Numel Lv24
Camerupt Lv26
Torkoal Lv29

Comments: Yes Flannery can be hard too espically that Torkoal. Its a good Tank Plus with Overheat it make you cry. Be careful

Norman Normal Type Pokemon
If you have the right types 7/10
If you don't have the right types 10/10

His Team

Vigoroth Lv27
Slaking Lv31
Spinda Lv27
Linoone Lv29

Comments: The Second Hardest Gym Leader in the game. That Slaking can be very very frustrating to kill. I had a Lv40 Machamp and I still got my ass hand by Norman. Plus with Belly Drum from Linoone it can make you cry seeing is that its fast.

Winona Flying Type Pokemon
If you have the right types 6/10
If you don't have the right types 9/10

Her Team

Swablu Lv29
Tropius Lv29
Skarmory Lv31

Comments: I Highly Recommand making an Ice Type why becuase that Altaria knows Earthquake so your Electric pokemon are Useless aganist Altaria. You might need a Fire too

If you have the Right Types 9/10
If you don't have the right types 11/10

Their Team

Lunatone Lv42
Solrock Lv42
Xatu Lv41

Comments: THE HARDEST GYM LEADERS IN THE GAME!!!!!! Thats why I gave the wrong types an 11/10 because their Hard. I had an Alakazam with Shadow Ball at Lv50 and I lost. Take out the Claydol First cause it knows Earthquake.

I thought the R/S/E Gym Leaders were hard because they LOVED using items. Just when you are about to knock out that last Pokémon, BAM! They use a Full Restore on it. The earlier games don't do that as much...

Hey that was a nice guide but I think that only applies for Emerald. It's different for me because I play Ruby.

In Ruby:
Wallace is the last Gym Leader
Steven is the Champion
Liza and Tate only have two pokemon (the first 2). That makes it easier lol.
And no R/B/Y/G/S/C-exclusive pokemon too.
Some other changes which I can't remember.

I thought that in G/S/C they used more.
