That order is just how the game numbers them internally.

I know that already, I was the one who pointed that out in the first place. What I meant was that all of the internal numbers are matched up with their encyclopedia numbers in your list, therefore making it possible to order the sprites I gave you by their encyclopedia numbers instead.

Actually, do you want to have an internal number column on the List of Denjuu in Telefang 2 page? That way we can order by either encyclopedia number and internal number.

I think there should be a separate article for that. Not everybody who comes across the list of Denjuu are interested in hacking the game. Here's a Bulbapedia article that does lists a Pokémon's internal numbers in R/B/Y (this list is much more complicated than the one for Telefang 2)... notice how it's in its own article:
