Suguri can be found in Iris (aka "Alice"). You need to be in the small patches of grass to find it, though.

And yes, the poll is weird. I don't understand why you couldn't just put that in a post.

Just go south from the antenna tree and go left, you should see a 2x2 patch(its actually 3x2 but the other 1x2 is on the other side) of grass, keep going into it, thats how I got mine. its rare though, and i was lucky enough to get the number after the first battle with him.
