Ah, Yamatoku-Classic is selling it. They always start their auctions at $0.01. Great for grabbing some consoles/games when they're going cheap. I think they actually test the games to see if they work, compared to Hit-Japan, since i've seen info about the working conditions of the consoles on the description page which isn't mentioned by Hit-Japan.
