What console is this game for anyway?

LOL I was gonna ask where to get the ROM. I've read the rules but I just wanna surf safely and don't really want to encounter something cheesy when looking for the ROM.

It's for Game Boy Advance.

Telefang DS would be annoying because I don't have a DS. I wouldn't be able to play it on buses and trains which is the only place I have time to play games these days due to me having a full-time job. I own a PSP btw.

No forum (unless it is a forum on a rom site) will ever give you a link to a rom/iso and neither will it allow you to post a link to a rom/iso. This is common knowledge.
