This thread was where the hacking board came from, it wasn't around when the thread started. We asked for the hacking board and we got it. Actually I alerted Blaziken257 by PM about this thread and then he did it a couple of days later.

There are request threads for Wikifang, Pokemon, and Telefang General boards that were accepted as well in the past, and probably others too.

You seem to be a bit confused, lets explain the facts slowly:
1. The hacking forum DID NOT exist when this thread was made.
2. This is a thread requesting a Hacking forum be made, the very same forum you are referring to.
3. This is NOT a hacking thread.
4. This thread belongs here because it is a request for a feature in the board.

oh alright i get it because this was made before the hacking thread and it is requesting for the hacking thread to be made it cannot be placed in the hacking thread.
