Cool, I'll add that when I get home.

I will try to have a go at editing pointers, lets see if I can get some battle text happening.

Current Difficulties:
- I found the title screen in the diamond rom but not in the power rom.
- I have failed to find the preset name in the code.
- I have failed to find the font for the menu items.

I love that patch so far. I kinda like what you did with the Denjuu names, though it also makes the letters kinda uneven but that's probably the best thing you can do... I'm really busy today so I won't have time to edit anything at all. I'm going to have to work on it tomorrow.

Also, I'd LOVE to know where the heck those phone menu tiles are... I can't seem to find them anywhere. Dang.

EDIT: Also, when I get around to hacking it, I'm going to change that blasted font to that DKC one... maybe.

Alot of the Denjuu name testing was to make sure that the denjuu names looked alright.

The name for Mikichan is also there.

I think I would like to continue to hack this myself because I would really like to learn how to use pointers and to be honest I find hacking telefang to be very enjoyable to the point of "Yay! I'm home.. telefang hacking time". But I will probably get through all the battle and menu translations then hit a dead end called "dialogue".

Those fonts are incredibly easy to miss and would be a pain to edit, so I wouldn't recommend it. If you really want to they are near the top surrounded by garbage tiles on all sides, you have to scroll slowly from the top and keep a sharp eye out.

The phone menu tiles are not that far from the Denjuu battle images (around the bottom), the trick is getting them to type english.

I hope you didn't patch it to the bootleg. You MUST patch it to the Japanese "Keitai Denjū Telefang - Power Version" rom, DO NOT apply it to the bootleg. Also this is an old patch, my new one is here:

sorry,and when I patch on the Japanese power it is also messed up (only the names of the denjuu when they are battling.)

The dialogue isn't done yet, so it is just gibberish for now.
