No you have to be at least 18 to have one I think, even through some kids with my age use their parents' debit card.

Wow I just realized, this topic is almost reaching 30 posts. And this is the most posted newcomers topic. =O Cool!
EDIT: I think Krypto got hacked again, his posts are all ".." now, if anyone can check what happened I would be really grateful.
