Sorry. I tried to work off of the latest patch, honest.
Hmm... Looks like I should have done more battle testing.
Well Blaziken, from the screens you posted it looks like all the bugs might be coming from a different print routine I was not aware of. I'll need to do some testing to confirm this, of course. I can't think of what is causing those bugs, though. Maybe I'm accessing memory used in a different routine? Anyways, I'll try to sort it out as soon as I can.

I would recommend the following widths for spaces: 2px, 4px, and 8px.

I just want to say, I'm so damn glad a VWF is possible for Telefang, it's the last thing it really needed for a proper translation to be done.

Well.. not exactly the last. We still need to break a few character limits. *shrug*
EDIT: The Wikifang changelog is showing the wrong author for v31.

Since nobody else bothered, I release my work-in-progress V34.
Changes include:
- Title screen now says "POWER VERSION".
- New lines in the intro are modified to make full use of the VWF.
- Labels on the map when you press start are done (again!). Includes full names like Toronko Village instead of Toronko Vill. The only shortening is Pepperi Mount., because Pepperi Mountain didn't fit by one character.
Download here:

Also, have some screens:

(don't mind the messed up message box palette, that's a result of doing experiments with my save file)
Also, sorry for skipping a version \:

Sorry 'bout that. I blame procrastination and my own poor time management.

You need 1px padding top and bottom for that text (like on the Japanese title screen). You did a good job but butting the text right up against the side of the box isn't a good idea.

Call me crazy but I kinda like the messed up pallette.

Only on the bottom, but thanks. I'll try to correct it...

You could use my version if you want, it was just a mockup I did a while back but I think it looks decent XP
Edit: Ignoring the TELEFANG bit that is, that was for fun >> I still dunno what the logo plans are.
