The kana/romaji/translations/bootleg names for all the items are in Kimbles' stickied translation topic.

The link was dead, but I happened to have it on an old external hard drive, so it is attached (as a ZIP file) to this post.

Note that the app seemed to be designed for Windows XP. It can still be run on newer versions of Windows, but you must perform the following steps if you have difficulty launching the app:
  1. Open the Windows Command Prompt (as an admin) and enter this command: regsvr32 "path\to\file.ocx" (Replace with the actual path to the ocx file on your computer that is included in the attached ZIP file)
  2. If your computer is missing MSSTDFMT.DLL, download it here: https://www.dll-files.com/msstdfmt.dll.html
  3. (Optional) After downloading, verify the MD5 or SHA-1 hashes to ensure the file isn't tampered with. 7-Zip can verify the latter.
  4. Place MSSTDFMT.DLL into "C:\Windows\SysWOW64\".
  5. With the Windows Command Prompt still open, enter this command: regsvr32 "C:\Windows\SysWOW64\MSSTDFMT.DLL"
  6. Open Denjuu Editor SP.
