Well I take pride in hand raised lvl.100 Pokemon. Seriously though, the lower stats for a rare candied level thing is supposed to be a penalty for taking shortcuts. Rare candy gives lower stats for that level, when you look at up to 98 levels of rare candy leveling with lowered stats for every one of those levels your Pokemon will be a weakling in comparison by the time you hit lvl.100.Blaziken257 wrote: Yeah but if you EV train them and get them Effort Ribbons it doesn't matter after that point.
