I was looking for Pokemon diamond when I Found this thing O_O

This seems just the usual bootleg of Telefang 1,
version. It is entirely possible that this could be the same GBC game in a GBA cartridge or something. It has the serpent, the chaos emeralds, the usual cyan background...
Well, as GLaDOS would probably say...
