When I give Crypto the Gun it should give him some exp right? I check before and after giving him the Gun, but he didn't get any exp. Is something wrong with my game?

You need to do it through the left-hand counter at the shops, not by giving them the item directly.

Ok, I started to suspect that. Which means I can't do that yet, since I'm grinding up to face Suguri. I'll face him once my Denjuu are all at Level 11.
