I have MAME (stands for multiple arcade machine emulator) for emulating arcade machine games .My other arcade machine emulator is a CPS3 emulator for playing Street Fighter 3 which doesn't work on mame. My last emulator is zsnes and I use it to play snes games since I do not own an actual snes (yet, I want to get one at a good price). I also have an arcade stick to play them all with.
I used to have Visualboy advance but I didn't use it any more because I had all the games I needed on actual carts,so I got rid of it.
So what emulators do you guys have?

Visualboy Advance
Zsnes
FCE Ultra
TGB Dual
used to have an n64 emulator as well, but after I beat paper mario there was no longer any point to having it

I use:
GB/GBC: VisualBoyAdvance-M (for normal gameplay), TGB Dual (for trading Pokémon), BGB (for disassembling)
GBA: VisualBoyAdvance-rr (this is the one used for TASes, although this isn't the reason why I use it), VBAlink (for trading Pokémon)
DS: DeSmuME (should I really be mentioning this?)
NES: Nestopia
SNES: Snes9x

Last time I checked, there weren't any rules against necroposting or gravedigging a year-old topic. Since I'm here...
MSX: BlueMSX
NES: FCEU
SNES: ZSNES
GB/GBC/GBA: VBA (for normal play), VBALink (to obtain bonuses that involve linking 2 GBA)
NDS: No$GBA
GS/MD: Gens Plus (for general play), Kega Fusion (for anything that Gens can't run)
ARC: MAME
N64: Project64
TG16/PCE: MagicEngine
X68000: WinX68K (Yeah, I play Sharp games. Problem?)
MS-DOS: DosBox 0.73
If any emulator on this list is missing a version number or something like that, it's because I couldn't find one.

BGB - pokemon(playing again) and telefang 1(currently mothballed) =)
VBA - backup em
Used to have a PS1 emulator but trashed along with actual PS1
