So my A4 has been making this weird rattle on cold starts and I've been putting off getting it checked for way too long. I usually just go to the dealer but honestly the wait times are killing me and the last quote I got felt like they were pricing parts for a spaceship. A buddy told me to look for an Expert Audi service center serving MBZ City and Musaffah since I work near there anyway, so I figured I'd ask around before booking anything. Has anyone actually used a place in that area for anything beyond basic oil changes? I'm mostly worried about them using proper diagnostic tools and not just guessing at the problem. Also curious if anyone knows whether they handle things like timing chain issues or if that's still dealer territory. Not looking for the cheapest option, just somewhere that won't ghost me after taking my money.
