I am Obscur, and it turns out I've loved Telefang since i was very young. I just recently learned of it's real name and that it even had a sequel. I have a 2in1 cartridge that contains both the fake Pokemon Diamond and a completely functional, and I guess in most senses, "real" copy of Pokemon Crystal. I can't wait for both Telefang games to be translated into correct English.
If I were to learn how, I could help with translating.
