I got a japanese Keitai Denjuu Telefang(pure japanese text) rom.
Its got a funny bug.
After getting a call from Husukasu/Rusukasu(got him via secret number), the whole land turns white - no land, water, nothing. Just paper white.

It is actually an emulator glitch. After midnight until 1:00 on the internal clock, the whole screen turns white.

I saved using the game, restarted, continue and the colors are back to normal. The time moved to 15:15.
Everytime I save, restart and continue, the clock gives a different time.
I did set the clock at 00:00 at the start.
The glitch still happens despite different time, is it side effect from the Get Any Monster cheat by racieb?

Hmm... well I have no idea then. But you could always turn off the cheats and try again. See if that works.

Both those glitches sound like emulator glitches to me. I have the cartridge, and neither of those glitches happen. The reason why the first glitch happens is that VBA uses the value 24 for the hour instead of 00 like it should, which makes it load an invalid color palette. I know at least the first glitch can be worked around by using the VBA-M emulator instead (though it's in beta quality, so there are other glitches, though I haven't seen any Telefang 1 related glitches in VBA-M). VBA-M can be found
here. Alternately, you can set the emulator to Game Boy mode at midnight.
As for the second glitch, time passes even when you're not playing, so this may be why the time jumped. It's like Pokémon or Animal Crossing.
