I am playing Telefang 2 Power version, but everytime i get into a battle it says that I don't have any Battle Partners, but I have the phone numbers of like 10 creatures.

Is there something I have to do first before that's possible? I am now at the town where the houses are made out of vines.

Press the A button on status screens of Denjuu you want to have in battle. A little heart denotes that.
A lot of people don't figure that out... ^^;
