I'm all for there being a Telefang anime, yes siree... But alas, what with the dead copyright and all, the chance if it happening is near-zero. 
(I'm such a pessimist.)
It does have a perfect set-up for an anime, though... great characters and plots and everything. All it needs is an animator... a writer... someone with the copyright... initiative...

I think he was talking about a fan made anime which in most cases would be free and quite legal to download. I doubt Rocket will take an interest in an anime considering that they pretty much abandoned Telefang (it has been SIX YEARS Rocket, we want Telefang 3!).
