To Krypto, if you bother registering again - I'm not sure what programs you used for malware-scanning, but I highly suggest doing it again and looking for keyloggers. If you haven't used Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware or Spybot Search & Destroy, I recommend both of those.

If you've been using a different email address and/or password each time, then the only thing each of the account takeovers have in common is your computer. It'd probably be most beneficial to run scans in Windows' safe mode also, if you haven't tried that yet, since the most persistent malware generally hides some or all of its activities from scanners otherwise.

He used the same e-mail address every time, so that opens up a new possibility of the hacker somehow having access to his e-mail. (I wonder if he used the same e-mail address on YouTube as well.)
