I have some unofficial patch, and it seems that person who made the patch did a really sloppy job editing the attack data... each attack name is in 8-character intervals, but the hacked ROM often has names starting in one 8-character section and ending in another. Example: from 0009D648 to 0009D667, the translated attacks are as follows:

I cannot figure out what this is supposed to be if my life depended on it. Now, if anybody knows any Japanese, here are the same attacks in the untranslated game (obtained by viewing the ROM in a hex editor):

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. I know the hex values for nearly all the letters, so I can hex edit it without a problem.

Spiral Flare or Spiral Cutter - Well, I've never seen the move before, so I don't know what that is. Darn.

Soap Ball - Yep, it's a ball... hard to tell what it looks like (it's greenish), but I guess it's soap

Could just call it SPIN CUT or something like that >__> 2 might have even weirder attacks than 1, I think my favorites are Teletel's Strawberry Kiss and Kaya's Cyber Wire XD

Thanks! And nice ideas on the 8-character moves! Some of those are better than what I had... such as "SML FIRE" and "DISKCUTR." Once I edit those in, I'll give you a patch! This patch also corrects NUMEROUS spelling errors, particularly with the items, and it spells "attacked" correctly too 
EDIT: By the way, Flame Wheel sounds SO like Pokémon GO TYPHLOSION!
