On topic, though:
Having witnessed Kimbles' Godetia in person, I can state one way in which it beats Waratah there.

It is much more effective as an extremely stylish bookmark.

XD That's awesome~~

Though from its sprite and official pic, I would have though its head would stick out more, so that the top of its head with the spike would almost be flat... Nitpick nitpick. XD I think it's really neat how you can get the eyes exactly right. ^^

I did try to flatten the head more but it was stretching the segments behind it in an annoying way and I didn't want to shift the whole thing to fix it (mostly out of lazyness I admit) XP I'll probably tweak it more later, this is just one day of work after all.

For the eyes, I pretty much traced the official art >__>
