No Credit Card.

Options:
1. Get a debit card (acts like a credit card when online, but pulls money from your savings account instead).
2. Create a paypal account and link it to your bank account.
3. Get permission to use your Mother's/Father's credit card and after making a payment with the credit card instantly transfer the amount back to the credit card from your bank account via online banking. (This is what I do, though I am attempting to get a debit card)
4. Get a credit card.

No you have to be at least 18 to have one I think, even through some kids with my age use their parents' debit card.
