Should be able to, the Japanese games are able to trade with the English ones. Though this might be my path to obtaining Celebi, now all I need is the Japanese Pokemon Colosseum Bonus Disc.

I know my CEX (Computer Entertainment Xchange) sell's bootleg carts of this, FireRed and Emerald. It's a legit shop as well! >.<'
