Anyone here using a hydraulic pallet lift for outdoor yard work?

We have a small landscaping supply business out in Al Ain and most of our stock sits on pallets in an open yard, not inside a warehouse. Up until now we have been dragging stuff around with a basic trolley and it is killing our backs honestly. The ground outside is a mix of gravel and old concrete slabs so it is not exactly smooth, and I am worried a normal pallet jack will just get stuck or the wheels will wear out fast. Someone suggested I look into a hydraulic pallet lift since they supposedly handle rougher surfaces better but I am not sure if that is true or just sales talk. Also does the weather here ruin them? We get dust storms and crazy heat in summer and I do not want to buy something that seizes up after six months. Would a covered storage spot be enough or do these things need proper indoor care? Curious if anyone runs one outdoors in the UAE and how it has held up.
